How to obtain the PowerChord if you own the eXplorer-9 bundle
There are two ways:
1. Scroll down on the 'eXplorer-9 download page. Then, download the single installer for PowerChord. Close your music host program and run the installer using your eXplorer-9 serial. Reboot your computer.
2. Login and download the latest eXplorer-9 installer.
In case it has been some time since you last ran the installer for eXplorer-9, it is recommended that you download this latest version because it also holds updates of some of the other Plugins.
Close your music program, and run the installer, and reboot the computer.
PS. In case of a slow download (some German customers of ours face this issue), please check the 'info' section of the eXplorer-9 download page and you will see the links to the direct Dropbox downloads.
Upgrades/crossgrade options for eXplorer-9:
- eXplorer (1-8) owners, please log in to robpapen.com and visit ‘MyProducts’ to request the upgrade to eXplorer-9. Upgrade cost € 74-- | USD 74--
Please check your email box or your spam box, especially if you use yahoo or hotmail.

- If you already purchased single Rob Papen plugins.
Please log in and visit 'MyProducts' and the 'Special Offer' tab if you would like to upgrade to eXplorer-9.
In case the offer doesn't appear, please drop us an email at info@robpapen.com
Please note that free products like RP-AMOD and Prisma don't count as purchased products.

- Upgrading at a reseller
First please log in to robpapen.com and visit the 'My Products' tab.
On the top of this page you can email the product list overview to your reseller for requesting the upgrade.
Please Note: free deal products (RP-AMOD and Prisma) cannot be used to qualify for the discounted upgrade offer.
