Beautiful, well layed out interface that you can look at for hours! After going through the presets you realize the scope of this deep, wonderful synth. I have the Explorer bundle and can say Blade 2 has a sound all its own. The easy page is great starting place for tweaking your own sounds. The incredible effects section is worth the price of admission...the reverbs and delays go on for days and the distortion will upset Grandma. Tunable noise puts this beast over the top! Thank you RP and team for on hellova synth!

ANALOGUE / DIGITAL OR RACKMOUNT OR VST PREPARE TO BE AMAZED AT THE SHEER SCOPE & NEW EXPERIMENTAL SIDE OF BLADE 2. THE NEW RATCHETING FACILITY IS WORTH THE PRICE ALONE. Just spent an hour or two just going through the presets on Blade 2. It sounds absolutely awesome! From delicate sprinkling bell tones, to lush moving pads, to big warm rounded bottom end basses. Then there's the experimental unusual side of this synth that screams "pull up your sleeves and get your digital hands dirty"! exploring the deep ended editing capabilities one could get lost in creative side of this wonderful synth. If it's something different you are after Blade 2 is a great place to start. I was pleasantly surprised to hear larger than life sounds coming from this soft-synth at really low CPU cost. The look and feel of Blade 2 has come on leaps and bounds compared to Blade 1 -much easier to navigate around the much clearer interface and thus, a much nicer experience overall. Now, please excuse me, I'm off to get my digital hands dirty ! Great stuff 5 out of 5 stars
